This is from "Ready-tu-use Office & Business Illustrations," a Dover Clip-art book from 1988. You may recognize this guy from "Get Your War On," a satirical foul-mouthed comic about the War on Terror. I happen to have the same clip-art book he's using, and I always thought it was amusing that this guy looks a bit like O.J.
