Settlers of Catan
My own pattern based on the Settlers of Catan board game. Since hexagons do not uniformly cover a sphere, the hexes get smaller as they approach the equator. The other pole has a trefoil.
Completed spring 2008, as gift for Erik and Jaylene (who introduced me to the game).
